Shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. The cost of shipping are payable by the customer, the only exception is if we are offering free postage during a promotional period. Every country has a different custom fee due to country regulations and import thresholds. Astur The Label is not responsible for the fees issued and we are unaware of the fees prior to delivery. If a customer refuses not to pay the fees of customs we will not refund any item not returned to us. We are also not responsible if there are delays to your shipment due to the postal services in your country.

We are doing everything we can to continue shipping to as many countries as possible!
